Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup or Shipment

  Carefully disassemble and repackage your furniture in its original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Schedule the Return

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, simply drop off the package at any authorized shipping center using our prepaid label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
